 Dear Hon'ble Members, 

Let us rejoice with few names of the office holders of DNI that are being declared during Covid19 because the meetings are impossible due to unprecedented situation being arisen out of lockdown and hence the following persons are entrusted with roles and responsibilities of the organisation to carry out some functions as below:-

ABOUT DNI INDIA !

Part IIA Structural Form of DNI

Article 1. says that Depressed classes Network of India is a co-federation consisting of National , Regional and Local governing councils in which the National General Council is the apex body for making policies, formulations of statements and meeting the objectives of DNI with outcomes at ground level.

Article 2.States that federation is a coordinating and cooperating system with regional and local councils. Every federal unit will be free to make their policies, rules & regulations and executing the programmes while keeping in views the stated objectives of the DNI.

Article 3. District Councils (DCs) will be the highest legislative and administrative units at local level of governance for policy formulations, decision making, and executing and monitoring the various programmes run by the network for the advancement of depressed classes.

Article 4. Decentralization of legislative and administrative decision making and policy implementation processes at Block levels to execute and monitor the programmes. Block Councils will be under subordination of DC for the purposes of direction on prioritized programmes of the network.

Article 5. Village Councils/ Ward Councils are at the grass-root levels of decision making and execution and monitoring of the programmes to meet the stated objectives of DNI at speedier pace for betterment of the depressed classes keeping in view their sensitivity.
